What are the ingredients in challahs from The Blessed Braid?
You can easily pronounce and spell the ingredients in each challah. The
ingredients are: enriched flour, eggs, applesauce, honey, water and salt. Raisins
are added to the raisin challah, and poppy and sesame seeds are sprinkled on
the poppy and sesame seed challahs.

How much do The Blessed Braid challahs weigh?
The large challah weighs approximately 1 pound and 10 ounces. The "Smallah Challah" weighs in at approximately 14 ounces.

What is the difference between the large challah and the "Smallah Challah"?
The "Smallah Challah" is braided differently. Other than that, is has the same ingredients, only "smallah"!

Do challahs from The Blessed Braid contain allergens?
Yes. All challahs contain eggs and wheat flour. The Blessed Braid challahs
DO NOT contain dairy products.

Does The Blessed Braid offer a gluten free challah?
Not yet. I am currently working on perfecting my gluten free challah. Stay tuned!

What is The Blessed Braid return/refund policy?
I am committed to your satisfaction with every challah. Since every challah is
baked fresh, specifically for you, and is perishable, I do not accept returns.

Decisions on replacement challahs and/or refunds will be made on an individual
basis. Please email, text or call me and let me know if you are unsatisfied.

How should I store my challah?
Challahs do not contain preservatives. They can be stored at room temperature for 1 week, or in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

Where are The Blessed Braid challahs baked?
Challahs are baked in a home kitchen with oversight from the County of Orange
Health Department, PR#0116997.

Are The Blessed Braid challahs kosher?
I am currently working on obtaining kosher certification.
